- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, cameras, tobacco, alcohol and leather items are not allowed inside. Use cloakroom facilities.
- Queue System: Be prepared for queues during peak hours and festivals. The star-shaped pathway is 1.8 km long.
- Hydration: Carry water bottles (available for purchase) as the walk can be tiring, especially in warm weather.
- Special Needs: Wheelchairs available for elderly and differently-abled visitors at nominal charges.
- Photography: Photography restricted in certain areas. Respect posted signs.
